  1. Great for sleep and anti-inflammation Review by Torben on March 24, 2014

I find that Baicalin delivers as a great relaxant and sleep aid at large doses (around 1000mgs) At smaller doses it seems to help chill me out a bit. Not as much as phenibut does but one should not take phenibut daily. I love having Baicalin on hand for after a stressful day or after a week of hard workouts to help chill me out and bring down inflammation.

  2. Great for sleep and possibly pain relief Review by Michael on February 11, 2014

I find Baicalin to be even more effective than Melatonin or other more common remedies for sleep. I usually take this an hour before sleep, sometimes with some Magnolia Bark mixed in, and within that hour I'm feeling relaxed and sleepy. I don't know if it's just helping me sleep more soundly, or also helping to calm my muscles down so I don't wake up in pain. All I know is I've been sleeping better and feeling better since I started taking this at night. Now I don't have to take Advil and Melatonin to get a good night's sleep. And with such a large amount for a low price, it will last me a long time.

  3. Smooth and Relaxing Review by David on February 4, 2014

I have found that baicalin is gently relaxing without the heaviness of valerian and without the buzzy feeling of GABA -- I think it may be the most smoothly relaxing thing I've tried.

  4. Good for breathing, pain relief, relaxation, and sleep Review by James on January 18, 2014

After using this at the recommended dosage, I have found that my breathing is improved. Sinuses are clearer, and I can take deep, effortless breathes. Thus, I am much more relaxed overall.

In addition, I have less pain in my arthritic knees and my sleep has improved. Highly recommended!!

  5. Good for sinuses and relaxing Review by Linda on December 2, 2013

I bought this product for it's relaxing effect. After using it, I noticed my sinus problems were much better. I am not taking any antihistamines, just the baicalin and have not had a sinus infection all this season. I usually get a sinus infection 2 to 3 times from October through December. I really recommend this product for both the relaxing effect and especially for the way it has helped my sinuses. Thanks for making a great product available!

  6. baicalin Review by richard on October 3, 2013

its effective for me in large dosages. you can feel the effect. caution is to be advised when using any gaba enhancer.

  7. Nice way to relax Review by Matthew Lyon on August 31, 2013

I've become quite interested in products that help me settle down. I've developed quite a fondness for Phenibut but I maintain 3 days off every week, so the other days I've now tried Picamillon, L-Theanine, Oleamide, and now Baicalin. I think so far my favorite is Baicalin. Picamillon works but the effects aren't always very noticable. L-Theanine works but I can't take it at night because it messes with my sleep, the Oleamide is pretty cool, but the Baicalin let me sleep normally and I could tell that I had taken it. I'm taking 600mg.

  8. Baicalin relaxin Review by Anthony on July 26, 2013

Helps rid the mind and body of anxiety, and helps me fall asleep. A good antioxidant too.
