There's a growing market of supplements and "quick fixes" promising better sexual performance — a pill, a powder, an overnight switch. LiftMode has always carried supplements that may support a healthy libido, but we've never sold it that way, because it isn't true. Libido isn't a switch. It's the byproduct of a healthy mind, body, and lifestyle — which means the products that help most are usually the ones addressing what's actually going on underneath.
Libido Follows the Rest of Your Life, Not the Other Way Around
Sleep quality, day-to-day and relationship stress, hormone levels shaped by age and fitness, overall energy, and how connected you feel to your partner all shape libido. When any of these are off, interest and drive are often the first thing to noticeably dip — which makes it genuinely hard to tell what's actually the problem, or how to address it.
That's the lens we'd rather you use when shopping our libido line: not "which pill fixes this," but "which of these underlying pieces is actually off right now.”
What We Actually Build Our Products Around
Our supplements generally focus on nootropic, mood, sleep, longevity, and energy support, because in practice, those are the categories that tend to move libido more often than a libido product in isolation. We would never claim that our products cure, prevent, treat, or diagnose any medical condition. What we can say is that we build every product around ingredients with a clear, explainable mechanism in the body, and we'd rather point you toward the actual underlying issue than sell you one product and hope it's the right one.
Where to Start, Depending on What's Actually Off
Stress and tension throwing things off? Our Calm & Stress Relief collection is the place to start.
Looking for something aimed more directly at libido, for you or a partner? Our Libido Enhancement collection includes traditional options like Tongkat Ali and Cistanche Tubulosa, Tribulus Terrestris and D-Aspartic Acid, Icariin (with or without pine bark extract), and L-Citrulline for circulatory support — each studied for a different piece of vitality and drive [1][2][3].
Age- or fitness-related shifts in energy and hormones? Our Healthy Ageing collection is worth a look.
Mood affecting how connected or present you feel? Our Mood Elevation collection.
Running low on energy in general? Our Energy Boost collection.
Need motivation or better recovery to actually feel good in your body? Our Fitness & Workout collection.
A Personal Note, From Someone Who Works Here
I'll flag upfront that I work at LiftMode, so take the following with that in mind: adding our products to my own routine has been part of feeling more like myself day to day — supporting my body's normal response to everyday stressors, and helping me feel calmer and more focused in my work. That's my own experience, not a promise of what you'll feel — individual results vary, as they do with any supplement.
With that disclosed, I'll also say: I hear a lot more happy notes from customers than complaints. We're proud of that, and it's a big part of why we care so much about transparency, sincerity, and generosity in how we provide affordable dietary supplements, with high purity standards and personal, professional customer care.
Our Approach to Libido Support
Our libido-focused supplements are chosen for how they support the body's normal systems tied to drive and vitality — not as a quick fix, but as part of paying attention to the same things that affect energy and mood daily. That includes ingredients traditionally studied for supporting healthy testosterone levels already within a normal range, like Tribulus Terrestris and D-Aspartic Acid, circulatory support from L-Citrulline, and general vitality and stamina from Tongkat Ali, Cistanche, and Icariin [1][2][3]. That said, while our products may support drive and performance, we aren't promising any particular result for you or your relationship.

What We Actually Hear From Customers
The feedback we hear most often isn't dramatic — it's people telling us they feel more like themselves, with more energy and interest than they'd had in a while. We're not promising life-altering benefits for everyone who tries our products, but we always stand by our 90-day return policy if you're ever dissatisfied with a purchase.
The Basics Still Matter Most
No supplement can replace a good night's sleep, healthy stress management, or an honest conversation with a partner or a doctor if something feels persistently off. Supplements may help, but they aren't the only answer to a healthy, vibrant intimate relationship.
A Calm Mind Makes Room for More Empathy
A relaxed state of mind is often a more open and empathetic one. Supplements can't replace healthy communication or a mutual investment in a relationship's success, but a calmer, less stressed state of mind may make more room for empathy, since stress tends to pull focus inward in ways that add strain to working through relationship conflict.
Sacred Lotus is one of our newer additions, and one we'd point to here specifically for its traditional use around calm and relaxation. We hope you'll try some of our calming products as part of managing the everyday burdens of life and partnership.
A Few Safety Notes on These Ingredients
Because several of these ingredients affect hormones or blood flow, this is a category where it's worth being a little more specific than usual.
Icariin (found in horny goat weed extracts) is the one to be most careful with: it shouldn't be combined with nitrate medications, ED prescriptions, or pulmonary hypertension drugs, since the combination can push blood pressure too low. It's also not recommended alongside hormone therapies or hormonal birth control.
L-Citrulline works by supporting healthy blood flow, so — like other circulation-focused ingredients — it's worth checking with your doctor before combining it with blood pressure medication, nitrates, or ED prescriptions for the same reason.
Tongkat Ali isn't recommended for men with a history of breast or prostate cancer, given its effect on testosterone, and we'd suggest caution if you're managing diabetes, heart, kidney, or liver conditions. It can also interfere with some blood pressure medications (propranolol specifically), so it's worth flagging to your doctor or pharmacist if you're on one.
Tribulus Terrestris and D-Aspartic Acid have generally looked safe in the research so far, with no serious side effects reported beyond the occasional mild headache or irritability — but because both can affect hormone levels, anyone with a hormone-sensitive condition should check with their doctor first.
Cistanche and Sacred Lotus don't have much human safety or interaction data yet, simply because they're less studied — a reason for a quick doctor check-in if you're on medication, rather than a specific red flag.
None of these are meant to replace your doctor's guidance — especially if you're on blood pressure medication, nitrates, or ED prescriptions, managing a hormone-sensitive condition, or pregnant or nursing.
What LiftMode Customers Are Asking (FAQ’s)
This depends heavily on which underlying piece you're addressing — stress-related changes can feel faster, while support for healthy hormone levels or general vitality tends to build with consistent use over several weeks.
Since libido is shaped by both people in a relationship, some customers find it helpful for both partners to look at their own stress, sleep, and energy — not just one person "fixing" the issue alone.
Yes — many customers do, since stress and libido are so closely linked. Start each product at its own lowest suggested serving before combining.
No. If something feels persistently off with your hormones, energy, or relationship, that's worth a real conversation with a doctor or partner — supplements are meant to support the basics, not replace addressing them directly.
