Buy direct from the manufacturer at 20–50% off retail, based on volume. Once approved, you order directly on liftmode.com with your business login — your discount is applied automatically at checkout. No minimum order; wholesale pricing begins at a $250 subtotal.

Two programs

• Practitioner Program (up to 40% off) — for licensed clinicians and clinics dispensing to their own patients: functional medicine, chiropractic, naturopathic, nutrition, physical therapy, veterinary. Requires an active professional licence. No resale licence needed.
• Wholesale / Reseller Program (up to 50% off) — for retailers, e-commerce sellers, formulators and manufacturers. Requires a resale or vendor licence and a signed reseller agreement with MAP terms. Top-tier rates require a distributor agreement.

How it works

1. Submit the application below (choose your track in the Comment field: Practitioner or Reseller).
2. We review and reply within 3 business days. We will ask for your professional licence (practitioners) or resale certificate (resellers) by email reply — have a scan ready.
3. On approval we activate your business account. Sign in and order any time; volume discounts apply automatically, and your rate grows with your trailing 12-month volume.

FAQ

Is there a minimum order? No. Discounts start at a $250 order subtotal; below that your account’s base wholesale rate still applies.

What is excluded? New launches (first 90 days), bundles and samples, accessories, and items already on promotion.

Certificates of Analysis? COAs are available for every batch on request.

Payment terms? Card or prepay; Net 30 is available to qualified reseller accounts.

Lead times? In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from Buffalo Grove, IL.
