Reishi Dual Extract (15:1) Benefits and Uses

Reishi contains natural compounds that need to be drawn out of the mushroom for them to be more readily available to our bodies. Dual extract refers to the extraction of these compounds using both water and alcohol. Some compounds are drawn out using water and others with alcohol and therefore the use of both methods is the best way to increase the availability of the various compounds within the Reishi mushroom.
