This product contains two of each of the following scoops:

• A large clear 1.7cc scoop measuring approximately 700 – 1000mg capacity for powders similar to flour and 1000 – 1500mg for powders similar to sugar.
• A large clear 1.0cc scoop measuring approximately 400 – 600mg capacity for powders similar to flour and 600 – 900mg for powders similar to sugar.
• An orange 0.625cc scoop measuring approximately 250 – 400mg capacity for powders similar to flour and 400 – 600mg for powders similar to sugar.
• A double-sided orange scoop measuring approximately 1 – 5mg capacity for powders similar to flour and 4 – 9mg for powders similar to sugar in the small end, and approximately 6 – 18mg capacity for powders similar to flour and 12 – 28mg for powders similar to sugar in the large end.
• A small white 0.15cc scoop measuring approximately 40 – 90mg capacity for powders similar to flour and 80 – 130mg for powders similar to sugar.
• A small blue micro-scoop measuring approximately 2 – 7mg capacity for powders similar to flour and 5 – 12mg for powders similar to sugar.

Scoops measure volumes and are not capable of repeatably and consistently measuring a precise weight of a powdered or granular solid.

Therefore any weight measurements provided for scoop capacity are very approximate. To measure an accurate serving size by weight, a milligram scale is required
