Our teams have worked hard behind the scenes to create a smooth website that elevates your experience shopping at liftmode.com. As we jump each hurdle presented to us this year, however, we inch closer to a new beginning, including features and enhancements for you to shop, learn, and discover the quality that LiftMode has to offer more seamlessly. We’ve kept our classic design while improving aspects like performance, instantaneous updates and bug fixes, and integrations, but as we all know, all great things take time.

Easing into this transitional period may present some challenges that our customer service team is ready to help with. Here are a few common scenarios that may be easily resolved with a few simple steps: 

Log-In Troubleshooting

In the beginning stages of integration, we expect to run into a few changes that will affect your ability to log in to your account in one step. While this situation should be uncommon, the inability to log in using your credentials may require a basic password reset. In this case, all you need to do is follow the steps for resetting your password by clicking on “forgot password” at the login page.Be sure to report any issues with logging in by clicking the blue “Send Feedback” button at the bottom right corner of the page.

Attention all Gmail users: When trying to recover your lost password you might experience a delay of 4-6 hours before the recovery email is received in your inbox. We are aware of this issue and will deploy a fix in the next few days.

If you are unable to complete these steps, or changing your password is unsuccessful, please reach out to our customer service team, who will assist you in accessing your account and/or placing your order.

Orders and Order Status Troubleshooting

Orders that are placed before launching to our new platform are still placed and in our system to be processed and shipped to you as usual. However, your order will not show up in your account on Liftmode.com. If you have any questions regarding you order, please refer either to your associated email for order confirmation or contact our friendly customer service team for updates on the status of your order using your order number from the confirmation email.
