Anecdotally, some people use Melatonin pills or a Melatonin supplements for sleep or relaxation. Melatonin is also a potent antioxidant and helps to prevent damage from free-radicals.

Instructions & Ingredients

Serving size is 3 mg. As a dietary supplement, take 1/12th serving first to assess response before taking 1 serving. This can be done by adding 1 serving to a beverage, stirring thoroughly, and then consuming 1/12th of the beverage. Please start with the lowest suggested single serving quantity to assess response. Take up to 1 serving sublingually 60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, allow Melatonin to fully dissolve.
