Magnesium is an endogenous compound that enhances the activity of more than 300 enzymes within the body. Glycine is an amino acid and is known to increase the bioavailability of minerals such as Magnesium by decreasing the pH level in the small intestines.

Description

Studies have shown that when used as a supplement, Magnesium Bis-Glycinate can help calm the brain (due to the presence of glycine) and promote healthy sleep and stress management.

Magnesium Bis-Glycinate can also be used to help with muscle and bone support, as well as promoting a healthy circulatory and respiratory system.

This product is pure LiftMode Magnesium Bis-Glycinate powder in a transparent, reclosable plastic jar with an integrated Safety Seal and Shrink-band.

Also included is a certificate of analysis of the individual Magnesium Bis-Glycinate batch and a 0.15cc measuring scoop. Two rounded scoops measure approximately one serving, or 250mg.
