Which program is yours?
Practitioner Program
For licensed clinicians and clinics dispensing to their own patients — functional medicine, chiropractic, naturopathic, nutrition, physical therapy and veterinary practices. You'll need an active professional licence; no resale licence required.
Rates from 20% to 40%
Wholesale / Reseller Program
For retailers, e-commerce sellers, formulators and contract manufacturers reselling LiftMode product. You'll need a resale or vendor licence and a signed reseller agreement.
Rates from 20% to 50%
Not sure which fits? Apply on the reseller track and we'll move you to the practitioner track if that turns out to be the better fit.
How your rate works
Every account starts at 20% off retail on every order, with no minimum. Your rate is built from two things, and you always get whichever is better.
1. Your account rate
Your account rate grows with your trailing 12-month spend, reviewed in the first week of January, April, July and October:

About the top bands. The 45% and 50% rates are available by agreement and require a signed distributor agreement in addition to your reseller agreement. 40% is the ceiling on the practitioner track.
Upgrades apply within five business days of a review. If your volume drops, you keep your rate for a full quarter before it changes, and we'll tell you first.
2. Your order size
Larger single orders earn a better rate on that order, whatever your account rate is. At checkout we compare your account rate against the rate your order size qualifies for and apply whichever saves you more — you never have to choose, and the two are never added together.

Order subtotal is measured at retail value, before your discount is applied, and excludes any items not eligible for wholesale pricing. The 45% and 50% bands require a signed distributor agreement; without one, order-size pricing is capped at 40%.
How to apply
- Complete the application below. It takes about three minutes. Tell us in the Comment field whether you're applying as a Practitioner or a Reseller.
- We reply within three business days. We'll confirm what we need — your professional licence number for the practitioner track, or your resale certificate for the reseller track. International resellers, see below.
- We activate your account. Sign in and order whenever you like, at your rate.
Applying from outside the US
The wholesale program is open to non-US businesses, with a few additional requirements.
What international resellers need
Registration in place of a US resale certificate. We'll need your local business registration number and your VAT or equivalent tax registration number.
You are the importer of record. You're responsible for customs clearance, duties and taxes, and for confirming that each product you order is legal to sell in your market.
Some products aren't available in every market. Certain items cannot be supplied into certain countries for regulatory reasons. We'll confirm any restrictions that apply to your market when we review your application, and restricted products simply won't appear on your account.
Questions people actually ask
No. Your account rate applies to every order regardless of size. Orders of $250 and above ship free within the US; below that, carrier rates apply. International orders are quoted at carrier rates.
Not necessarily. If you're a sole proprietor using your SSN as your taxpayer ID, that's fine — what matters is a valid resale certificate, including its registration number.
The state we ship to, which isn't always the state you're registered in. Sales tax follows the delivery address, so if you ship to a different state than your business address, tell us in the application and we'll confirm what we need.
New products in their first 90 days, bundles and Stacks, samples, accessories and consumables, gift cards, and anything already on clearance or promotion. Wholesale rates don't stack with coupon codes or loyalty rewards.
Yes — every batch has one, and it ships with your order. Ask any time and we'll send it, or browse them all on our COA page.
Card or prepay. Net 30 is available to established reseller accounts at 30% and above, subject to credit approval.
In-stock items leave our Lincolnshire, IL facility within one to two business days.
