Fisetin is a plant polyphenol compound similar to Quercetin, Rutin and Reservatrol. It is best known for its health-promoting, antioxidant, and healthy-ageing benefits and can be extracted from a number of plant species. Fisetin has the chemical formula C15H10O6 and a molecular weight of 286,23 g/mol.

Fisetin is a plant polyphenol and flavonoid compound that has been extensively studied for its powerful antioxidant and health-promoting benefits. One of the key benefits is that it is generally considered to be safe for use over longer periods of time, without potential tolerance or withdrawals.

Recent studies have examined potential neuroprotective and immune-supportive effects of Fisetin. Food sources that are rich in Fisetin include strawberries, apples, persimmon, lotus root, onion, grapes, kiwis, peaches, and cucumbers.

Although most of the studies conducted on Fisetin to date have been plant, animal, or human cell culture studies, there is an increasing tendency towards human clinical trials, provided funding can be achieved.

Fisetin supplements are also known by a few different names, including:
